Cambusco is a blend of chardonnay and pinot grigio cultivated on the same plot near an ancient valley of Fara Vicentino from which it takes its name.
The wine obtained has a deep straw yellow color tending to golden and coppery. The aromas are elegant, notes of dried fruit, apple, truffle, dried hay and bread crust stand out. Very persistent and rich in aromas.

Cambusco is to be matched with important dishes such as first courses for important occasions, fish cooked on the grill or tasty goat and sheep cheese.
Serve at a temperature of 12 – 14 ° C
